Dear Family
Our aim is to provide an inclusive environment where children of all abilities are given the freedom to learn and develop at their own pace, enabling them to become physically and socially independent, happy and confident children. What we offer: Full Day Care for babies from 6 months to school age 8am – 6pm Part-time Care for a minimum booking of five hours 8am - 1pm or 1pm – 6pm Montessori ECCE Outdoors 9am - 12pm and 12:15pm – 3:15pm
Approach and Philosophy
The ethos of both services continues to be holistic, providing for the child’s physical needs and social and emotional wellbeing.
Facilities and Amenities
Indoors there is a Baby Room, Toddler Room, ECCE room and After School Room all set in a homely environment with the very best facilities to nurture and encourage children. The outdoor space has mud kitchens, sand pits, slides, climbing apparatus, a tree house, farm shed, a stage, music wall, dinosaur pit, construction yard, fields for nature walks and an open playing field for children to run and play to their hearts' content.
Staff and Qualifications
Our staff are highly trained with over 60 years' experience working in childcare. All procedures and protocol are followed and Firefly Daycare is registered with Tusla. We offer ECCE and NCS schemes.
